The graphic novel GOING DOWN was released at Emerald City ComicCon in March, as a "soft launch", while now we simply play the waiting game for bigger news on that front. Hopefully soon there will be something to jump up and down about that.
This coming weekend, I will be at Wonder NorthWest with Wade Busby! I will be doing the usual convention offerings...sketches, sketchbooks, recent comics and of course a stack of GOING DOWN, only have 6 copies left for now.
My newest offering will be...(drum roll) Volumes 2, 3, and 4 of my sketchbook series PRE. With only a handful of volume 1 left, I have decided to put all those other drawings together and, what do you know, it was enough to fill 3 more volumes. These will be my sketchbook offering starting at wonder northwest and probably for the rest of the year. It take a lot of time to put together a book culling through stacks of drawings trying to pick the ones that will interest fans, so unless there is a call for another (vol. 5) I think I'm done for the year. I still have Rose City and Bellingham to do this year as well.
